Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery
(based on the carrier's tracking).
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their
original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect
items. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not
accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless
the item is defective or incorrect.
If the returned item is used or damaged (not due to our error),
a partial refund or no refund may be issued depending on
its condition.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at
cs@coppersoulstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include photos and a description of the issue.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed,
as all items are made to order.
Non-Delivery & Unclaimed Packages:
Refunds will not be issued for packages returned due to
unsuccessful delivery caused by an inaccessible address,
recipient unavailability, or failure to respond before the
hold deadline communicated by the carrier or warehouse.
