Shipping policy

All items are handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–10 business 
days for crafting and preparation before shipping.

- Orders are shipped via trusted carriers. A tracking number 
  will be provided once the item ships.

- Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier 
  or customs.

- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, 
  please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Unclaimed & Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful
delivery (recipient unavailable, incorrect or inaccessible
address), we will notify you with the specific hold deadline
as communicated by the carrier or warehouse.
Please respond before the stated deadline to arrange reshipment.

- If you respond before the deadline, we will reship your order.
  Reshipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

- If we do not receive a response before the deadline, 
  the package will be disposed of and no refund or replacement 
  will be issued.

We strongly recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate 
and accessible before placing an order.
